Ceremonial grade only
First-harvest leaves, stone-ground in Japan. If it isn't bright, vivid green, it doesn't go in your cup.
抹茶delivered fresh across Bhopal
Ceremonial-grade matcha, sifted and whisked by hand for every order, then sealed and sent to your door. No shortcuts, no powdery pre-mix.
Why it tastes different
Good matcha isn't complicated. It's just a lot of small things done right, every single time.
First-harvest leaves, stone-ground in Japan. If it isn't bright, vivid green, it doesn't go in your cup.
We sift before we whisk. It takes a few seconds and means you'll never get a clump.
Boiling water burns matcha and makes it bitter, so we check the temperature for every cup.
A bamboo chasen and quick zig-zags until there's a soft, silky foam. Every cup gets the full treatment.
Good matcha is naturally a little sweet. You choose how much more, from none to extra.
Spill-proof lids and a seal on every cup, so it arrives exactly how it left our kitchen.
The ritual
Tea plants rest in the shade for weeks before harvest, which makes the leaves sweeter and greener.
The leaves are slowly milled into a powder finer than flour. Slow milling protects the flavour.
Back in our kitchen, every serving goes through a fine sieve so it whisks up perfectly smooth.
80°C water, a bamboo whisk and about 20 seconds of quick zig-zags until it's foamy. Then it's sealed and on its way to you.
A little note from me
Hi, I'm [Your name].
I started Matcha cha because I couldn't find a cup of matcha that tasted the way it should: bright, smooth, a little sweet on its own, and never bitter or powdery.
So I learned to make it properly. I sift every cup, check the water temperature and whisk until the foam is just right. It takes a minute longer, and I think you're worth it.
We're a delivery kitchen, so there's no counter to pull up to. Instead, every cup is sealed in our kitchen and sent straight to you, as cold (or as hot) as it left.
Order one. I'd love to make it for you.
